I am glad to know that Delhi Labour Welfare Board, Govt. of NCT, Delhi has launched a Mobile Rescue & Rehabilitation Service (MRRS) in the capital city of Delhi for the welfare of the sick, disabled, displaced, tenninally ill, homeless, abandoned, mentally ill and deserted migratory labourers, their families including women and children of unorganised sector.

The service of Rescue, Shelter, Institutional Care & Support, Livelihood, Rehabilitation, Repatriation and Restoration of rescued persons to their families is a humanitarian effort and would also control delinquency amongst children.

I wish success of the programme which will help thousands of weaker sections of the society.
