I am glad to note that Delhi Labour Welfare Boards. Govt. of NCT, Delhi has launched a Mobile Rescue & Rehabilitation Service (MRRS) in the capital city of Delhi for the welfare of the sick, disabled, terminally ill, homeless, abandoned, sector who suffered various types of exploitation and are surviving on the street under sub-human conditions and in difficult circumstances.

The wide range of activities starting from Rescue, Shelter, Institutional Care & support, Livelihood, Rehabilitation to Repatriation and Restoration to their families is a well-meaning step.

I am pleased to note that the Delhi Labour Welfare Board, Govt. of NCT, Delhi is concerned about the plight of migrant laborers in Delhi who are often victimized, harassed, displaced, trafficked and sexually exploited due to lack of awareness of the implementation of the welfare schemes.

I am express my concern for all those who are victims/survivors of sexual exploitation, denial care and hospitalization, lack of shelter, lack of legal knowledge regarding the repatriation and re-settlement issues and innocent victims of the underworld market of pimps, organ traders, beggar networks etc.
