I am happy to learn that 'Delhi Labour Welfare Board' is coming out with a Souvenir on the implementation of its Mobile Rescue and Rehabilitation Scheme.

Looking after helpless, homeless and vulnerable is a powerful human sentiment which motivates the sensitive souls of the Society. Awareness generation towards the plight of the distressed is always a welcome feature. Delhi definitely needs a strong focus on issues like Security of Women, Shelter Homes, Health Care, Rescue and Rehabilitation measures for the needy Women and Children etc. Any initiative in any of these areas will always be appreciated.

I wish Delhi Labour Welfare Board, Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi , all the success in their new venture for a very well meaning cause.
