To organize shelter,

To effect food security for the homeless, destitutes, irregular daily wage migrant workers of unorganized sector

3. To organize access to medical health care systems and diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Hepatitis
4. To organize vocational training, skill development, livelihood and income generation programme
5. To organize education, awareness of citizenship rights, fundamental rights and directive principles, constitutional sanctions for the migrant labourers
6. To organize legal aid and advice to the migrant labourers
7. To rescue and rehabilitate the most needy and distressed victims/survivors of social and sexual crimes such as trafficking, organ trading, child selling, forced beggary and prostitution
8. To prevent exploitation of homeless and abandoned, women and children of the unorganized sector
9. To guarantee the right of rehabilitation, restitution, compensation, satisfaction and guarantee of non-repetition of torture
10. To assist in meeting the growing operational challenges of migration management
11. To advance understanding of migration issues
12. To encourage social and economic development of migrant workers community,
13. To uphold the human dignity and well-being of migrants.
14. To secure humanitarian responses to migrant workers of unorganized sectors.
15. To organize shelter, rescue, rehabilitation, reintegration programmes
16. To assist migrants on their way back to homes and normal lives by providing safe repatriation and restoration services-
17. To facilitate labour migration and fair registration of migrant labourers, their family members including women and children and organize data base of labour contractors and legalizing the network of migrant labourers to secure social security measures and guarantee of human rights.
18. To aid to migrants in distress
19. To train and organize capacity-building of officials towards effective implementation of legislations on migration
20. To counter trafficking in persons
21. To develop medical and public health programmes
22. To generate information and education on migration
23. To conduct research related to migration management and other services for migrants
24. To organize peaceful social existence free from stigma and discrimination.
