On behalf of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, sealed quotations without any cutting or overwriting are invited for the purchase of a Fax Machine of reputed manufacturers or suppliers like Sony, Panasonic, National, BPL and Toshiba etc with brochure of specifications, features and amount. If any discount, concession offered this may also be mentioned. The quotations should be addressed to the undersigned in the office of Labour Welfare Commissioner Block, Sham Nath Marg on before 21.03.2005 upto 02.00p.m. The quotations will be opened on the same date at 03.00p.m. The other conditions are as under.
| 1. | The copy of valid Sales Tax registration certificate for the current year is attached. | | 2. | An amount of Rs. 1,000/- as refundable security deposit in the form of Bank Draft, in favour of DDO, Delhi Labour Welfare Board, is also attached with the quotation. Firm's name is given on the back side of draft. | | 3. | The TAN No. of Income Tax is furnished with quotation. | | 4. | Rates quotations must be specified any additional charge like Tax/Cartage in clear terms as inclusive or exclusive etc. | | 5. | A certificate of exemption under GFR for deposits, earnest money is attached if applicable. | | 6. | Rate of maintenance charges per year also be quoted in addition to above. |
The Chairman of the Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
