| On behalf of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, sealed quotations are hereby invited for hiring of materials as given under. Sealed quotations, addressed to the undersigned, should reach in the office of Delhi Labour Welfare Board latest by 24.09.2004 upto 02.00 p.m. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 03.00 p.m. The rates must be valid for coming six months. Every correction, if any, must be signed by the tenderer. The copy of valid Sales Tax Registration be attached. An amount of Rs. 1,000/- as refundable security deposit in the form of Bank Draft, in favour of DDO, Delhi Labour Welfare Board be also attached with the quotation. The rates quoted must specify if the sales tax / cartege etc. will be extra or inclusive. The Chairman of the Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
