| Sir/Madam,
On behalf of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, sealed quotations are hereby invited for the supply of following office furniture & computer furniture items. Sealed quotations along with detailed specifications, addressed to the undersigned, should be reached in the office of Delhi Labour Welfare Board latest by 25.03.2005 upto 02.00p.m. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 03.00p.m. The rates must be valid for coming six months. The copy of valid Sales Tax Registration be attached. An amount of Rs. 1,000/- as refundable security deposit in the form of Bank Draft, in favour of DDO, Delhi Labour Welfare Board be also attached with the quotation. Firm's name should also be written on the back of Bank Draft. The rates quoted must specify if the sales tax/cartage etc will be extra or inclusive. A bochure in detail of quoted items with approved rate of Govt. agency, if any, be also attached. The Chairman of the Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason. | | | | | | | S.
