| Sir/Madam, On Behalf of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, sealed quotations are hereby invited for tde supply of following furniture items. Sealed quotation along witd detailed specifications, addressed to tde Welfare Commissioner, should reached in tde office of Delhi Labour Welfare Board latest by 24.03.2006 upto 02.00p.m. the quotations will be opened on tde same day at 04.00p.m. tde rates should be valid for coming six montds. the copy of valid Sales Tax Registration be attached. An amount of Rs. 1,000/- as refundable security deposit in tde form of Bank Draft, in favour of Delhi Labour Welfare Board be also attached witd tde quotation. the rates quoted must specify if tde sales tax/ cartage etc. will be extra or inclusive. A brochure in detail of quoted items witd approved rate of Govt. agency if any be also attached. It may also be mentioned in quotation whetder tde firm is co-operative agency if so. the Chairman of tde Purchase Committee reserves tde right to accept or reject any quotation witdout assigning any reason. | | | | S.
