Hospital has round the clock Casualty/Emergency  services. The patients are attended by the Casualty Medical officers and Junior  Resident doctors and as per requirement they are referred to concerned senior  resident doctors/Specialists as the case may be. The decision to call the  specialists rests on the casualty Medical Officer. In case of non availability  of any services and Serious patients are referred to nearby Govt hospitals  where the requisite facilities are available. As per directions from DHS Govt  of Delhi, the patients are also referred to identified private hospitals. There  are two patient transport ambulances available round the clock for  transportation of patients.
