This Government ITI has been Established by Deptt. Of Trg. & Tech. Education ,Govt. Of Delhi , in the year 2015 in the vicinity of highly populated area like Mangolpuri, Sultanpuri, Nangloi, Rohini and nearby rural areas of Delhi . As there was no Government Training Institute in this area ,due to opening of this Institute the intended trainees do not have to travel a lot for going in the ITIs situated in the other areas of Delhi. The new trades just like Tech. Power Electronics, Consumer Electronics in Electronis Sector, Multimedia Animation ,Computer Operator and Prog. Assistant, Information Tech. in IT sector, Motor Body repair ,Denter ,Motor Mechanic in Automobile sector has been/will be commenced/Commences.
                                                                       

23rd  July’  2007	The Government of Delhi decided to provide 1.5 Hectare of Land for setting up I.T.I. in this    Area.
08th   April’ 2008	The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) allotted only 0.4 Hectare of Land.
21st   August’  2008	Foundation stone laid.
05th   August’  2013	Construction started with Estimated Cost Rs. 24.2 Crores.
31st   July’  2015	The Construction    work completed with the approximately cost of expenditure Rs. 15.9 Crores & the Net Saving is Rs. 8.3 Crores.
04th    August’  2015	The institute starts its functioning with 10 Engineering & Non- Engineering Trades.
