Online System : Online
grievances received through Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and
Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) of the Govt. of India and Public Grievance
Management System (PGMS) of the Govt. of Delhi and received through e-Mail are
accorded priority for their settlement in a time bound manner to ensure that
such grievances against the department remains NIL. Holding
of Pension Adalat : Monthly Pension Adalat are
held on 26th of every month in Principal Accounts Office to take up
and redress the grievances received from the retirees/family members of the
deceased government servants. Periodical analysis of
grievances : Similar types of grievances received
are analyzed and appropriate steps are taken to streamline the system or to
give appropriate instructions to the PAOs and the GP Fund Cell.
