Although this department renders Technical Expertise in respect of various schemes being implemented in rural areas for development, the assistance is rendered directly to the public of rural area, their grievance if any are taken care of directly and their field offices, the level of Heads of the Units, implementing the relevant Technical Schemes.
The complainant of the public having Grievance can thus make a three-tier approach in redress of their Grievance.
